- You can return any unwanted order for any reason (within 14 days of receipt), as long as the stickers are how you received them, for a full refund (minus return postage). If your order arrives damaged we will send you out a replacement and refund the cost of sending your order back to us.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to get items sent out within 48 hours, but occasionally during busy periods it can take a little longer. Our standard delivery is to anywhere in Europe for £4.95 and anywhere in the world for £9.95. Delivery times can vary but you can expect your stickers within two weeks. Please contact us for more information.
- Privacy & Security
- At Stickhet.com we take your privacy very seriously. We will never give any of your details to any third party under any circumstances and only email you when we have to or you have given us permission to email you about promotions or special offers. We also use 256bit SSL security to protect any details you submit to us and we use best-practice security measures to protect any personal details we store. We don’t ever handle any payment details; we leave all of our online payments to PayPal and Google Checkout. They simply notify us when you’ve paid so we can start processing your order. That way you get to deal with names you already know you can trust.

- Ordering
- Ordering on our site is as simple as can be. Find the product(s) you like, select the colour and enter the quantity, then press ‘Add to cart’. You can then view your cart and checkout via Google Checkout (without giving us an of your details apart from your delivery address), or via PayPal. When you checkout with PayPal you can create an account so you don’t have to enter your address details on your return visit, or you can just enter your details without creating an account before you get redirected to PayPal to actually make the payment.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Google Checkout and PayPal handle all of our payments. You can choose when you checkout which you would like to pay with. When you pay with PayPal you have to enter your delivery details, before logging into your PayPal account (if you don’t have one it’s easy to create one, or simply pay for the transaction without one). If you already have a Google account it maybe easier for you to pay via Google Checkout, as you only have to enter very few of your details (it’s also very quick and easy to create one).
We try and keep our prices as competitive as we can and knowing the quality of our products we feel happy at the prices we’ve set. We design and manufacture all of our stickers and so we can pass on the savings directly to our customers. We also run promotions and discounts from time-to-time so be sure to check in every now and again to check if we’re having a sale. - Viewing Orders
- You can view any previous orders you’ve placed with us by logging into your account and going here. If you didn’t create an account, we will have emailed all of your order details to you when you placed the order.
- Updating Account Information
- If you created an account with us, you can update all of your details, simply by logging in after clicking the 'My Account' link on the top right of the page.
